In the process of buying our first home we have encountered every single obstacle possible with the sellers. David fought for everything that mattered to us, and even some things that weren't on our radar because he wanted the best for us. He wasn't just in it for the paycheck. From the very beginning he was honest and upfront with us about the process, David never pressured us to make a decision or settle for a house that was less than what we wanted. He was kind and patient with us as we navigated this process for the very first time, but tough and unstoppable when it came to negotiations with the sellers and the selling agent. "David is an excellent realtor! My husband and I are repeat customers through 3 different house purchases and sales now, all of them highly varied. He helped us sell our smaller suburban starter home, a large ranch property on 57 acres with contentious neighbors, and now he's helped walk us through the whole process for buying vacant land and building our own home with a construction loan. He has a great network of connections and he's always extremely responsive. Every time I had a question or problem, David was already working the solution before I could even ask; we always got tons of updates during all negotiations and the whole buying and selling process. And as if that weren't enough, he sacrificed portions of his commission to help us close after we hit out bottom line during some tough negotiations.
